Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey attend couple's therapy sessions.
The 38-year-old actress and her 42-year-old fiance began dating back in 2022, and Kaley has now revealed that they regularly attend therapy sessions together.
Discussing her experience of motherhood, Kaley - who has Matilda, 19 months, with Tom - said on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon': "It's a wild ride, Jimmy.
"I mean, it's an adventure. 19 months old. It's a lot."
Kaley admitted that caring for her daughter has taken a physical toll on her in recent times. But the actress is ultimately loving her experience of motherhood, and suggested that couple's therapy has actually helped her to deal with her stresses.
She said: "I was trying to explain to our couple's therapist the other day why I'm so tired ... You should all be in couples therapy, just FYI."
The 'Big Bang Theory' star likened raising her daughter to "taking care of your drunk best friend every day".
Kaley - who was married to show jumper Karl Cook between 2018 and 2022 - added: "They're crying when they don't get what they want. You're making sure they make it to the bathroom, or you're cleaning their throw-up from whatever. And they're out of their minds, and you're making sure they don't die all day long.
"And then they black out, and you're, like, ready to die, and they wake up and they're like, 'What's for breakfast?' And you're like, 'What?' I'm like, 'Do you even know what happened last night?'
"Am I right, though? It's insane. And it happens every day … It's a real joy."
