Two days after filing to divorce Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez has filed to remove the Oscar winner’s surname from her own and restore her maiden name.

The Bronx-born pop star, 55, requested on Thursday that her name be restored to Jennifer Lynn Lopez, after legally going by Jennifer Lynn Affleck the past two years, according to new court documents filed Thursday and obtained by Us Weekly.

In the new filing, the “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer attributed the split to irreconcilable differences and said she wants to separate the A-listers’ assets and debts. Lopez noted she wants neither herself nor the “Argo” filmmaker, 52, to be awarded spousal support.

The “Wedding Planner” star filed for divorce from Affleck Tuesday, on the couple’s second wedding anniversary.

The filing followed months of speculation that the pair — who reconciled in 2021 and wed the following year, nearly 20 years after the end of their first engagement — was heading for divorce.

The couple wed in Las Vegas in July 2022 and again the following month in Georgia.

“Ben hasn’t given her any signs that he wants to continue their marriage. He hasn’t shown any commitment and interest in making their marriage work,” a source told People this week, noting Lopez knows it’s time to “move on.”

Last week, Lopez “stopped by” Affleck’s intimate at-home birthday, most of which he spent with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their three kids.

The brief visit came after the pair spent the majority of the summer on opposite coasts.

Affleck “knows the marriage is done,” a source told Us Weekly earlier this month, noting that securing his new home signified “the closure of the relationship.”
