LAS VEGAS — The Golden Knights played a strong defensive game and beat the Florida Panthers 4-1 at T-Mobile Arena on Sunday.
Center Jack Eichel scored his third goal in two games. Defenseman Brayden McNabb also scored for the Knights (31-15-4) in just their third win in their last 10 games (3-6-1).
Goaltender Adin Hill, after allowing 11 goals his previous three starts, made 31 saves.
The Knights beat the Panthers for the first time since defeating Florida in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final on June 13, 2023. The Panthers, after losing the championship, won the next three meetings between the two teams. Florida also won the Stanley Cup in 2024.
