Halle Berry accuses Oliver Martinez of conspiring with nanny on 'false reports' about her

Halle Berry has accused her ex Oliver Martinez of "conspiring" with their nanny to make up "false reports" about the actress.
The former couple - who split in 2016 after three years of marriage but only finalised their divorce in August 2023 - are locked in a long-running custody dispute over their 11-year-old son Maceo.
And in new court documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, the shock allegation made by the former Bond girl was revealed after the 58-year-old French actor requested Berry hand over any texts she exchanged with two of their nannies, Miryam Haziza and Erica Simamora, as well as non-disclosure agreements.
The 58-year-old actress has refused Martinez's request because she hasn't worked with Haziza "since [Berry] discovered that Ms. Haziza was conspiring with [Martinez] and Ms. Simamora without [Berry's] knowledge while in [Berry's] employ and transmitting information from [Martinez] to Ms. Simamora relating to Maceo's therapy."
Her lawyer continued: "Notably, Ms. Haziza continues to communicate with [Martinez] and his counsel while refusing to engage in non-formal discussions with [Berry's] counsel regarding the content of her intended testimony at the hearing."
As well as claiming Simamora has been collaborating with Martinez on the "false reports", Berry has accused Simamora of "interfering" with her son's therapy.
Her attorney added that Simamora's "testimony is relevant because [Martinez] inexplicably persuaded [Simamora] (while employed by [Berry]) to contact [Maceo's therapist] with the goal of interfering with Maceo's therapeutic process, which is relevant to legal custody … as well as conspired with [Simamora] to make false reports about [Berry]."
Berry also accused Martinez of using "smoke and mirrors" to "distract from his own conduct".
The lawyer added: "Rather than focus on the requested relief, [Martinez] intends to turn this proceeding into a charade, engage in smoke and mirrors to distract from his own conduct and this court's findings about his conduct, and cause [Berry] to continue to incur further unnecessary fees.
"[Martinez] continues to engage in gamesmanship at [Berry's] expense."
The exes were recently banned from criticising one another in front of their son.
The judge presiding over their case sided with Berry but noted Martinez already complied with Berry's request, according to TMZ.
In addition, they were ordered not to discuss any child custody issues with their son and banned from making negative comments about the other, or their partners, in front of Maceo.
The 'Kings' actress is also mother to 16-year-old daughter Nahla - who she has with former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry - and she is currently in a relationship with 54-year-old singer-songwriter Van Hunt.
