Country Campout Weekend festival is postponed due to weather

ANAHEIM, Calif. — Country Campout Weekend, the second annual three-day camping and music festival experience set for Nov. 1-3 at Prado Regional Park in Chino, has been postponed, according to the festival’s team.
On Monday, the festival stated on social media that the rescheduling was due to “the anticipated weather forecast.” Per the email statement, the decision was made after extensive discussions with County officials and performing artists, prioritizing the safety of attendees and the overall occasion. The forecasted conditions challenge the outdoor camping and activities central to the festival’s spirit.
“As an avid camper and music lover, our passion and excitement were to create a unique experience that stood out in a crowded event space — an event that would provide lasting memories for years to come. After a long runway of planning the second annual Country Campout event, it is with great sadness that we made the very difficult decision to postpone due to weather,” shared Michael Haase, founder of Country Campout Weekend and managing partner of Skyline Production Group, during a brief phone call about the postponement. “It would have been easy to move forward with camping in the rain and provide the best possible value we could. But the truth is, the quality of the experience would have faltered or been canceled across the board, and that’s not what you paid your hard-earned dollars for as a camper.”
Haase continued: “As an event owner, it takes a year to plan something of this size and a tremendous amount of passion. It also takes an incredible, dedicated team whose sole purpose is to provide the best possible experience — a team that treats each and every one of you as an individual, not just a number.”
Promoters informed fans online to stay tuned for more details regarding dates. They will also be reaching out directly to all campers and ticket holders with more information.
This year’s lineup included Kylie Trout, Daniel Bonte, Tyler Braden, Coffey Anderson and headliner Chris Young.
