Diddy's lawyers break silence on infamous 'freak offs'. Here's what they told a judge

The infamous “freak offs” thrown by Sean “Diddy” Combs’ described in the 14-page indictment against him are making headlines again.

According to several civil lawsuits , the X-rated bacchanals, aka “F.O.s,” were arranged and filmed for the host’s hedonistic appetite — and often allegedly involved drugs and sex workers.

But now Combs’ lawyers are saying they see nothing illegal about these supposed wild gatherings that took place at not only his Star Island mansion, but at venues all over the country.

According to Page Six, the rapper’s legal team is arguing that the videos — watched under the supervision of law enforcement late last year — depict “unambiguously consensual sexual encounters.”

“Having reviewed these videos, it is now abundantly clear that they confirm Mr. Combs’ innocence,” said the motion filed Tuesday. “There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence.”

The defense adds that the 55-year-old mogul’s ex Cassie Ventura, who settled one day after accusing him of years of abuse, rape and sex trafficking, was “a willing participant.”

And although many guests engaged in “non-conforming sexual activity,” no one was “under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption,” and there were no signs of sex trafficking, they claim.

Combs’ trial is set for May 5, as he remains behind bars at MDC in Brooklyn on no bail. The father of seven has plead not guilty on all charges.
