DETROIT — Jameson Williams' breakout season has reportedly been put on pause.

The Detroit Lions' wide receiver is facing a two-game suspension for violation of the league's Performance-Enhancing Substances (PES) policy, ESPN's Eric Woodyard reported Monday night.

Williams, 23, had 17 catches for 361 yards and three touchdowns this season.

He previously served a four-game suspension to begin the 2023 season for violating the league's gambling policy.

Williams, the No. 12 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, told ESPN that he has "no choice but to take it on the chin. I'm in good spirits and just ready to get back with ... my brothers ASAP."
