Donald Trump extends weekend stay in Pennsylvania with town hall in Lancaster on Sunday

WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump, scheduled to hold a rally in Latrobe, Westmoreland County, on Saturday, is going to stay in the most populous battleground state a little longer.
The Trump campaign announced he will also hold a town hall Sunday evening at the Lancaster Convention Center.
And earlier on Sunday, he's scheduled to work at a Philadelphia-area McDonald's, according to a source familiar with his schedule. Trump has called Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris' anecdote of working at the fast-food giant as a student a "fake story" but hasn't offered any proof to support his assertion.
Lancaster County is one of the areas where Democrats said their vice-presidential nominee, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, might be able to hold down Republican margins given his rural roots, including growing up on a farm in Nebraska.
Polls show the race in Pennsylvania neck and neck, with neither candidate holding a lead larger than the margin of error.
On the Democratic side, Vice President Kamala Harris campaigned in Erie on Monday and Walz was in Pittsburgh on Tuesday.
