Do Just One Thing
Once you’ve opened a carton or jug of dairy milk, it only has about a one-week shelf life in the fridge. If you smell the milk and it seems like it’s already turning less than a week after opening, it might be where you store it that’s the problem. When milk is exposed to warm temps, it spoils more quickly. Store it in the back of the fridge, where it’s coolest, and not in the fridge door. And don’t keep it out on the counter for too long when you do use milk.
