on

Published in Daily Trivia

During Desert Storm in 1991, Tony Orlando and Dawn's 1970s pop hit Tie a Yellow Ribbon (Round the Old Oak Tree) had a resurgence in popularity as the anthem for American families with loved ones overseas.
