Attorney accused of coercing sexual acts from inmate for pay

OKLAHOMA CITY (UPI) -- Oklahoma City attorney Frank Kirk is accused of having a sexual relationship with an inmate who couldn't afford to pay his fees.
Kirk, 69, was caught sneaking contraband lubricating jelly and a sex toy into the jail Monday. Deputies approached the victim and with her cooperation, set up a sting operation. During the next visit and upon the victim's verbal cue, the police arrested the lawyer.
The victim has since pleaded out on drug charges and Kirk has been released from jail on $10,000 bond. The police say they will be filing a complaint against the Oklahoma Bar Association.
