Singer FKA twigs has canceled two upcoming New York City shows and other concerts in North America because of visa issues.

The English singer, who has not performed in the U.S. since 2019, is currently on her Eusexua Tour, but announced Tuesday she was no longer coming to Chicago, Toronto and the Big Apple this week and next.

“Behind the scenes practically, it has been challenging with production and just the more practical sides of putting this tour together,” she said in a social media video. “So today I was informed that production did not fill out the correct paperwork in a timely manner for us to have our visas to come to the USA and perform. So that means that by no choice of my own, I will have to pull out of my New York, Chicago and Toronto shows.”

“I’m looking into how and why this happened, and I’m making sure that I have the support to correct this, so with that being said, I will be rescheduling these shows, and information will be coming on that very shortly. I can’t wait to bring Eusexua to you,” she added.

The affected shows include Wednesday and Thursday night at The Salt Shed in Chicago, March 30-31 at HISTORY Toronto and April 3-4 at Knockdown Center in Queens. The shows are listed as postponed or have been removed from the venues’ websites.

The remaining North American dates on the tour, which include Mexico City, two Coachella weekends and San Francisco, have not been affected thus far.
