ANAHEIM, Calif. — Orange County-based Brew Ha Ha Productions and Punk in the Park are planning another St. Patrick’s Day celebration for punk rock and beer fans.

Lucky Punks!, a one-day craft beer and music festival, will be held at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado on Saturday, March 15. The festival will feature two stages with no overlapping sets with performances by Bad Religion, Dead Kennedys, The Aquabats, Lagwagon, Street Dogs (performing their Back to the World album in full for its 20th anniversary), The Defiant, The Briggs, Pulley, and Hoist the Colors.

Tickets for the all-ages event start at $54.99 for general admission and $149.99 for VIP at punkinthepark.com.

Fans over 21 can enjoy three hours of optional craft beer tasting for an additional $15. The tasting will feature a wide selection of breweries. Food will also be available from local food trucks and vendors, with vegan options included.

In March, Brew Ha Ha Productions teamed up with Los Angeles punk band Flogging Molly for the inaugural Shamrock Rebellion music and craft beer fest. The fest, also held at Oak Canyon Park, featured performances by Flogging Molly, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Buzzcocks, Face to Face and others.

Punk in the Park was first set to launch in Orange County in 2020, but the festival’s debut was postponed numerous times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event arrived a year later, in November 2021, with Pennywise, NOFX, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Strung Out, Lagwagon and others on the lineup. It is typically held annually in November at Oak Canyon in Park.

Last year’s Punk in the Park included headlining sets by Pennywise and Descendents and the Vans Vert Ramp, which featured pro skaters and BMX riders. The event also traveled to the Ventura Fairgrounds in March 2023 for a single-day event with Pennywise, Suicidal Tendencies, The Bouncing Souls, Fear, Manic Hispanic and others.

Brew Ha Ha Productions also teamed up with the Punk in Drublic Craft Beer & Music Festival for Los Angeles-based punk band NOFX’s final three shows ever at San Pedro’s Berth 46 on Oct. 4-6.
