Justin Timberlake still 'making up for' DWI with Jessica Biel

NEW YORK — Justin Timberlake still has his tail between his legs as he prioritizes wife Jessica Biel in an effort to “make up for” his summertime DWI arrest in the Hamptons.
The “Selfish” singer, 43, has “done everything he can” to “make up for” the mid-June incident, which last month saw Timberlake cut a plea deal, a source close to the stars’ family told People.
The NSYNC alum has since “been very busy working and just focus[ing] on family time when they’re off,” according to the insider.
Acknowledging thatt Biel, 42, “enjoys privacy” and “was not happy about” Timberlake’s arrest, the source said the couple has “been married for a long time” and “have to work on their marriage like most couples. Being working parents is never easy.”
Together, Timberlake and the Emmy nominee share sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
An insider in June told Us Weekly that Biel was “extremely upset” about the arrest.
Timberlake was partying at Sag Harbor’s the American Hotel when authorities pulled him over for blowing through a stop light. In addition to being visibly impaired, authorities said Timberlake failed multiple field sobriety tests. He was arraigned on DWI charges later that day and in August pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor.
Following a In mid-September, Timberlake pleaded guilty to the less serious charge of driving while impaired. Timberlake was sentenced to 25 hours of community service within the year, a maximum fine of $500 and to surrender his driving rights in New York State for 90 days.
