Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev are headed for a divorce as the retired wrestler searches for a divorce attorney in the wake of her husband’s arrest for felony domestic violence last week — just days after they celebrated their second wedding anniversary.

The 40-year-old former WWE star, legal name Nikki Garcia, has been looking for an attorney as of Friday, the day after the 42-year-old “Dancing with the Stars” pro was arrested for felony domestic violence, sources with direct knowledge of the situation told TMZ Tuesday.

The Russian dancer has reportedly been staying at a friend’s house rather than the home he shares with Garcia and their son Matteo, 4.

Garcia was seen without her wedding ring Saturday, in her first sighting following Chigvintsev’s arrest. The ring was also absent on Labor Day Monday when she hosted Netflix’s “Chestnut vs. Kobayashi: Unfinished Beef” hot dog-eating competition.

The “Strictly Come Dancing” alum was arrested Thursday morning for felony corporal injury of a spouse, according to online records at the time from Napa County Jail. He was released that afternoon after posting $25,000 bail.

First responders came to the home Thursday after Chigvintsev called paramedics to assist the alleged victim and then called a second time to rescind the request. Authorities arrested him after observing obvious injuries sustained by the victim, per TMZ.

“Initially came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at [reporting party],” the dispatcher said, according to the 911 dispatch call obtained Friday by the outlet.

Insiders told the TMZ over the weekend that the pair’s marriage has always been “volatile.”

On Aug. 26, just three days before Chigvintsev’s arrest, the couple posted about their second wedding anniversary on Instagram.

In 2015, nearly a decade before Chigvintsev’s arrest, the dancer was accused of physical abuse by British TV personality Fern Britton, relating to when they worked on “Strictly Come Dancing” in 2012. Chigvintsev has denied the allegations.
