Hardly Strictly Bluegrass announces initial cast of performers for 2024

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Organizers have announced the first batch of performers for the 2024 Hardly Strictly Bluegrass.
Robyn Hitchcock, Big Star’s Radio City 50th Anniversary, the Wood Brothers, Fruition, Bobby Rush, Alice Gerrard and Glen Hansard are among the acts ready to perform at the free three-day festival, set for Oct. 4-6 at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
The full initial lineup is listed below. More performers will be announced in the days ahead.
“Can’t wait to get back to one of our very favorite festivals, in such a beautiful park and at the perfect time of year — see you soon in San Fran at Hardly Strictly,” Oliver Wood of the Wood Brothers said in a news release.
