Caroline Kennedy warned senators not to confirm her “predator” cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr. when he comes up for consideration as the nation’s secretary of health and human services Wednesday.

“I have known Bobby my whole life; we grew up together,” Caroline wrote in a letter viewed by the Washington Post. “It’s no surprise that he keeps birds of prey as pets because he himself is a predator.”

According to Caroline, growing up with RFK Jr. proved to her that the 71-year-old political scion is dangerously “addicted to attention and power.”

She claims her cousin put baby chickens and mice into blenders in his drug-infested basement, garage and dorm, then fed those scrambled remains to his pet hawks.

“It was often a perverse scene of despair and violence,” she said of President Donald Trump’s nominee to head the nation’s health care agency.

RFK Jr. recovered from a history of heavy drug use, but not before leading others down that same toxic path — in some cases to their demise, according to Caroline.

“Bobby has gone on to misrepresent, lie and cheat his way through life,” she wrote.

The 67-year-old sister of former President John F. Kennedy said it was never her intention to besmirch a family member, but RFK Jr.’s world view doesn’t align with that of his famously powerful Democratic family.

Numerous members of the Kennedy family have spoken out against the son of slain 1968 presidential candidate Bobby Kennedy since he announced his short-lived bid for the 2024 presidency. In August, five of his relatives signed a joint statement condemning his endorsement of Republican candidate Trump as “a sad ending to a sad story.”

RFK Jr. could face tough questions from Democrats and Republicans alike at Wednesday’s confirmation hearing.

Democrats will likely ask about his opposition to COVID-19 vaccines, while some Republicans might inquire about his relatively progressive position on women’s reproductive rights. It’s anyone’s guess if he’ll survive the process.

Caroline Kennedy served as the U.S. ambassador to Australia under the Biden administration. She was the nation’s ambassador to Japan from 2013 to 2017 under President Barack Obama. Her son Jack Schlossberg was unapologetic about criticizing his uncle when RFK Jr. ran for president.

“I’ve listened to him. I know him. I have no idea why anyone thinks he should be president,” Schlossberg said. “His candidacy is an embarrassment.”
