DRYING HERBS.
THE FOOD DEHYDRATOR WORKS WELL TOO AND NO CHANCE OF FLYS ETC. SITTING ON YOU HERBS. IT IS ALSO FASTER. IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO DRY THEM BY HANGING UPSIDE DOWN, PUT A PAPER BAG AROUND THEM TO KEEP THE BUGS OFF.
