LAKEVILLE, Mass. (UPI) -- A man won a $1 million prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery for the second time in two years after purchasing an instant ticket.
Kevin Phillips of Lakeville won his second $1 million prize by purchasing a $5 "Win It All!" ticket from a local supermarket, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.
His second lottery win comes just two years after he purchased a winning $10 "100X The Cash" ticket in April 2014.
After both wins Phillips opted for a one-time payment totaling $650,000 before tax withholdings are processed.
Phillips plans to put a portion of his prize money from this most recent win to travel to Disney World.
According to the State Lottery, Phillips is the third two-time instant lottery winner in Massachusetts this year.
