VIDEO: Brave bunny brawls with sinister snake in Colorado

GOLDEN, Colo. (UPI) -- A Colorado city employee captured footage of a brave bunny standing up to a bull snake and driving the serpent away after a pitched battle.
The video, posted to Facebook by the City of Golden, was recorded Thursday by a city worker and features footage of a rabbit launching fierce counter-attacks against an invading bull snake.
The snake eventually seems to decide the fight is not worth the potential meal and slithers away into the prairie grass.
"A brave bunny to take on that snake. Possibly protecting some babies nearby or just had a wild 'hare?' Either way, it seems like the bunny won this round," the Facebook post said.
